Scheduling window
Purpose
Use this window to view and book classes into your schedule.
To access this window
Complete one of the following to access this window.
- On the Modules menu, point to Scheduling and click Scheduler.
- Use the keyboard shortcut Alt, M, H, S.

Item descriptions
Item | Description |

Note: As you make selections across the top of this window (Private/Group, Appointment type, Location, Instructor, and Areas) other boxes on the window will update to reflect your previous selections. For example, if you select a Location, the individuals in Instructor update to include only those available for that location. |

Options for member type
|
Select to display only private or group appointments in the Appointment types box. |
(appointment types) | Select an appointment type to schedule or view. Appointment types are created on the Add/Change Appointments window. |
Location | Select the location you want to view or schedule the class. |
Instructor* |
Select an instructor for the class. *The label of this box may not be Instructor. This is determined by the ScheduleTitle system variable. |
Areas | Select an area to view or schedule a class. Areas are set up on the Add/Change Areas window. |
Calendar |
Displays open, booked, and unavailable time slots. Right-click in an open time slot to book a new class or make-up class. |
Item | Description |
---|---|
Week View | Displays 7 days on the calendar. |
1 Day View | Displays 1 day on the calendar. |
Avail View | Displays the open time slots for the selected instructor. |
Clear Selections | Clears any selections in the Private/Group, Appointments, Location, Instructor, and Areas boxes. |
Scroll Left | Moves the calendar back by 1 week or 1 day, depending on how you have selected to display the calendar. |
Scroll Right | Moves the calendar forward by 1 week or 1 day, depending on how you have selected to display the calendar. |
Exit | Closes the window. |
